TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Your World Leisure Limited (YWL), registered in England and Wales No. 6489353 with registered offices at The Old Mill, 9 Soar Lane, Leicester LE3 5DE. These terms and conditions form the basis of your contract with us.
An accommodation booking is subject to written confirmation, and appropriate payment being received by us. The reservation of an accommodation is exclusively for those persons who are named and numbered on the accommodation voucher. Unauthorised occupancy may result in refusal at reception, and re-accommodation is at the expense of the client. We also reserve the right to terminate the contract without compensation or refund if any client’s behaviour is causing annoyance or damage to property or persons whether company, property, employees or other clients. Siestarooms.com will accept no liability in any such circumstances and the client shall indemnify and keep indemnified us against all costs, claims or liabilities incurred by us and arising as a result of any breach of these terms by such defaulting client.
PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation reserved within twelve weeks of the travel date should be paid in full, unless a separate agreement is in place. Accommodation reserved outside twelve weeks can only be secured by a 25% deposit, unless a separate agreement is in place. It is expected that the final balance should be settled no later than ten weeks prior to departure, no reminders will be sent, and any balances that remain outstanding at eleven weeks prior to departure will be cancelled without further reference to the client.
It is a condition of booking with us that all clients are to have adequate holiday insurance. We recommend that any cover should at least include cancellation for medical reasons and the cost at any assistance required overseas including against all liability resulting from any injury to or death of any person resulting from or in any way connected in addition to the loss or theft of or damage to your belongings while use of our accommodation services.
SPECIAL REQUESTS ON ACCOMMODATION
Special requests are as such; but wherever possible we will endeavour to fulfil special requests, However NO GUARANTEE CAN BE GIVEN, and no accommodation reservation will be conditioned on the satisfaction of a special request. Elderly, Infirm or Disabled
ELDERLY, INFIRM OR DISABLED
Siestarooms.com do not specialise in providing accommodation for the Elderly, Infirm or Disabled. We can only provide information or any opinion on the suitability of a property. Many properties provide rooms especially adapted, however they must be requested well before arrival. Please refer to special requests.
ALTERATIONS/CANCELLATIONS MADE BY US
In the unlikely event we are forced to make any material changes to your reservation, you will be offered an industry comparable or superior standard; if this is not acceptable you will be offered a full refund on you cancelled accommodation only. If the alternative offered is of an inferior standard or a significant change of location, you may be offered compensation. In unavoidable circumstances we reserve the right to change your accommodation upon arrival in resort, providing this alternative is of a comparable standard and does not significantly change location.
ALTERATIONS/CANCELLATIONS MADE BY YOU
If you alter your reservation an administration fee of £10.00 per person will be levied. Alterations made within 4 weeks prior to departure may involve a 100% cancellation charge. In the case of a cancellation we must receive written notification. Cancellation outside 4 weeks will only forfeit the deposit; inside 4 weeks we reserve the right to charge 100%.
We regret compensation will not be paid if your reservation is cancelled or disrupted due to reasons of ‘force majored’, ie war, or its threat, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, fire or adverse weather or any other conditions beyond our reasonable control or without our fault.
PROBLEMS AND COMPLIANTS
If you have a problem or a complaint relating anything while in the accommodation, please bring it to the immediate attention of the hotelier, and telephone the client helpline provided by us. This will give us the opportunity to rectify any situation immediately, thus minimising the inconvenience to you. Most problems can be rectified immediately, but should they persist, you should obtain a complaint form to be kept until you return to the UK, and providing you have followed the correct procedures. Your full details together with the complaints form should be forwarded to our Head Office no later than 28 days after the date of your return to the UK. Overseas Hoteliers and suppliers frequently refuse to entertain any complaint not notified in resort, failure to comply with the above procedures will make it difficult or impossible to pursue the matter or secure compensation on your behalf. We do not accept liability for any clients not following these procedures.
APARTMENTS AND HOTELS (ACCOMMODATION)
The rating of apartments and hotels are set by local tourist authorities, and cannot be compared to that of UK ratings. Sufficient basic items are supplied, though; kettles, teapots, irons and ironing boards are rarely supplied. Maid service does NOT include washing dishes or making beds. In some private apartments, cleaning and linen service maybe limited and towels may not be provided. Some hotels and apartments charge a refundable security deposit. Please check prior to departure. The client has to comply addition terms of the apartments in addition to his obligations under these terms.
This is as common overseas as in the UK. If we are aware of any such work, which may reasonably be considered to effect the enjoyment of your holiday, we will advise you accordingly.
You now understand and acknowledge that if you visit the website, you are entering into an agreement with us and that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Website.

You will be solely responsible for any purchase from the link provided on our website and verification and handling of their identity and other information delivered to you or displayed over the Website relating to any third party website. We have no control over the accuracy of any posting on the Website or transmission through it by any third party. In addition we will make no effort to verify the identity of any such third party website.
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in all contents and material that is part of, contained in, or accessed through the website and provided either by us or by the third party shall remain the sole property of us or any other content provider, as the case may be. You acknowledge and agree that certain products, services or business names contained within the website may represent protected trademarks and service marks. Such content and materials are protected by the copyrights, trademark, service mark and patent laws and treaties of all countries.
We respect the intellectual property of others, and we expect you to do the same. You will be liable to face all consequences if you infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Any reference to a person includes natural persons and partnerships, firms and other such unincorporated bodies, corporate bodies and all other legal persons of whatever kind and however constituted,
Any notice or other information required or authorised by these terms and conditions to be given by either party to the other may be given by hand or electronic means to the other party at the address last provided for that type of communication. The service of notice shall be deemed to have been made on the second day of its transmission (except in case of electronic means where it is deemed to be made immediately),
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be referred to arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed by us.
These terms shall be subject to the law applicable in the United Kingdom. The parties hereby waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled by reason of their present or future domicile or for any other reason.
